Boa noite e bem vindos a mais uma edição do TTT!

Hoje, apesar de ser dia de Hive Power UP e de ser o dia das Mentiras, não poderia deixar de partilhar com vocês mais um fantástico artista!

O aniversariante que hoje completa os seus 74 anos, chama-se William Lee Currie. E é um dos artistas multifacetados que se encontravam há muitos anos, e que foi muito reconhecido pela sua prestação quer nas composições, quer nas interpretações musicais da banda new wave chamada Ultravox, que atingiu o seu exspoente máximo em 1980. Currie era o teclista, e por quase todas as vezes conseguia levar o público a um patamar diferente. As suas sonoridades, algo futuristas, remetiam a quem os ouvia para um ambiente meio futurista, mas ao mesmo tempo próximo.

De uma energia e positividade como a que hoje falta em tanta parte, deixo-vos aqui algumas das faixas que mais gosto deste grupo!

Good evening and welcome to another edition of TTT!

Today, despite being Hive Power UP day and April Fool's Day, I couldn't help but share with you another fantastic artist!

Today's 74th birthday boy is William Lee Currie. He is one of those multifaceted artists who have been around for many years, and who was widely recognized for his performance in both the compositions and musical interpretations of the new wave band called Ultravox, which reached its peak in 1980. Currie was the keyboard player, and almost every time he managed to take the audience to a different level. Their sounds, somewhat futuristic, took listeners to an environment that was a little futuristic, but close at the same time.

With an energy and positivity that is lacking in so many places today, here are some of my favorite tracks by this group!
