We are all particles of universal energy.

Parapsychology, psychology, and other branches of science help us to see the advantages of self-knowledge. The pleasure of balanced behavior, the pleasure of feeling good about ourselves, others, and the universe. Through relaxation, meditation, reflection, and daily examination of conscience, we can chart a course of self-improvement. And the realization of this path of self-improvement is, in my opinion, the best way to contribute to a better world. Improving ourselves

Should we focus on improving ourselves or contributing to the world around us?

I believe that the best way to contribute to improving the world is through self-improvement. Those who achieve this are improving their part and setting an example to those around them.

And improvement involves embracing universal values with growing respect and harmony with everything and everyone. Realizing that we are no more and no less than others. We are all particles of universal energy, equal in essence. Science today seems to point to the fact that we are part of a universe, and that each of us is important to it, but no more so than the other, and the other no more than us, something that many great spiritual masters had already affirmed, such as Lao-Tzu, Buddha, Confucius, and Jesus.

What's the point of it all?

It's that perhaps in other periods of my life I wouldn't have enjoyed it so much. So I came to a conclusion: I am living the best moment of my life, which is the moment where life is. It is necessary to have a certain sense of wonder. But a good kind of wonder. An ability to be enchanted by the world as it is. And not to expect anything from the world other than what it can offer. The big mistake is to expect things from the world that the world will not offer. And becoming subtle is a true education in enchantment with the simple things.

We are always questioning what we are looking for in the world, and how we can improve, but shouldn't we be questioning how we manage to walk in the world and how we manage to see reality as it is, without judgment, or with minimal anxiety about what is going on.

Being part of the same universe does not mean that we always have to move in the same direction as others. Perhaps, and often, we should even do it for ourselves, and against the tide.
