Much can change between two events

We are born with nothing and we die with nothing.
What matters is what we do between the two events.
This has been my daily reflection over the last few weeks.
And in fact, we can't let that certainty take over our actions and shape our personality, even though we know that in the end, nothing remains in this reality. At least not in the worst way.
Because we have no more certainties than what we can already glimpse, the awareness of being able to change something between the two most important events of our existence must be present.
And that's what has to be taken into account. They are the most important events, but we mustn't let them take over and let others created by us not be important too.
I'll give you a small example: If someone made a very important discovery, for example, in the field of medicine, wouldn't that discovery have been more important for humanity and all those who followed it, than the researcher's birth or death? If we change the scale, in fact, for the human being, the researcher, his birth made it possible for him to be on the face of planet Earth at that time, and his death determined the “point” at which that existence ended. But if we look at what that person brought of value to the rest of humanity, their existence ends up extending beyond their physical presence.
Let's look at the great Alexander Fleming, British biologist, physician, botanist, microbiologist and pharmacologist. Few of you even know what year he was born and died, but even if you don't know what year he discovered penicillin, many of you associate his name with this great milestone in the history of modern medicine! His achievement surpasses his existence... Elevating it in such a way that he will always be remembered for dozens of years.
However, there are those who will be remembered in a negative way. Associated with great human suffering, misfortune and death... There will be few people in this world who don't associate the name of Adolf Hitler with a leader who brought enormous suffering at the time, and many years later.
The existence of these two men was exactly the same. They were born with nothing and died with nothing. What sets them apart is exactly what they left behind. The mark they left is immeasurably strong for one side or the other. Both could have done nothing extraordinary during their time in this world. But they didn't. Memory is therefore important so that we can remember those who used their time constructively and contributed to improving everyone's lives. And for this reason, no matter how small our gestures, they will always have an impact on the lives of those who live with us or are influenced by us.
We make our choices and actions a possibility not to be more important or richer, but to leave things better than we found them.
Thank you for reading my little reflection today.
Cheers🍀

the life is not certain, life really should be about the mark you place on earth, we should set good examples to be remembered for. our interactions with people should always be positive.
And if we choose that path, life itself would show us a more meaningful way of being "here"... You are absolutely right, my friend. Thank you for the time that you took to read my post, and to reply it. Have a great weekend
You are welcome..
Having a great weekend
Woww! This is really something to reflect on. Our responses through life can make a wall of difference, positively or negatively and If we all aim to leave things better than we found them, the world will be a better place.
Thanks for sharing
