Why is it that we only feel at peace when we're completely exhausted?

Yesterday, after a deep clean and completely reorganizing the living room, I decided to snap a few random photos — totally improvised. The light was interesting, the energy felt good, and I just wanted to capture the moment — no big intentions, just because. I think there’s something special about feeling comfortable in your own space, sweaty but at peace, and finding beauty in the tiredness too.

Some days, taking care of the house turns into a kind of self-care ritual. Putting things in order on the outside helps organize things on the inside too. And in the end, there’s even a bit of playfulness left — enough to mess around with colorful lights and strike a few silly poses for the camera.

That’s what these photos are: spontaneous, unfiltered, unpolished — just me, after putting everything in its place and feeling like the space had a whole new vibe. And of course, that satisfying feeling of a job well done.

Ontem, depois de uma faxina pesada e de reorganizar toda a sala de casa, resolvi tirar umas fotos de bobeira, no improviso mesmo. A luz estava interessante, a energia estava boa, e eu quis registrar o momento — sem grandes pretensões, só porque sim. Acho que tem algo especial em quando a gente se sente confortável no próprio espaço, suada mas em paz, e encontra beleza no cansaço também.

Tem dias em que cuidar da casa vira uma espécie de ritual de autocuidado. Reorganizar as coisas do lado de fora ajuda a colocar ordem dentro da gente também. E aí, no fim, sobra até vontade de brincar com a luz colorida e fazer graça pra câmera.

Essas fotos são isso: espontânea, sem produção, só eu, depois de deixar tudo em ordem e sentir que o ambiente estava com outra cara. E, claro, com aquele sentimento bom de dever cumprido.
