PhotoFeed Contest - Street Photography Round 93 - A street tale

During the Paraty em Foco festival in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, the historic city transforms into a stage where art and culture meet. It was in this context that I captured the street artist dressed as the iconic pirate Jack Sparrow, standing on a corner and drawing the attention of tourists and locals.

With his detailed copper-toned costume and motionless pose, he seemed to be part of Paraty's living history.

This is my entry for the @PhotoFeed Contest, with the theme Street Photography, in round 93.

Durante o festival Paraty em Foco, em Paraty, no Rio de Janeiro, a cidade - histórica - se transforma em um palco onde arte e cultura se encontram. Foi nesse contexto que capturei o artista de rua vestido como o icônico pirata Jack Sparrow, parado em uma esquina, chamando a atenção de turistas e moradores.

Com o figurino detalhado em tons de cobre e pose imóvel, ele parecia fazer parte da história viva de Paraty.
