Ginger and Hibiscus Flowers with Cinnamon. (eng-spa)
JENGIBRE, CANELA Y FLORES DE JAMAICA.
Greetings to everyone. Looking for a natural and healthy drink, I decided to make this delicious combination of ginger, cinnamon, and hibiscus flowers to enjoy on these hot days. A touch of honey, sugar, or even sugar alone is a wonderful combination and exquisite flavor that becomes a natural powerhouse for us women. Thus, the preparation of GINGER, CINNAMON, AND HAMILTON FLOWERS.
- 2 ramas de canela.
- 2 cucharadas de jengibre fresco rallado.
- 2 puños o 120 gramos aprox. de flores de Jamaica.
- 1 litro de agua.
- azúcar, miel o stevia la gusto.
For this delicious and refreshing drink, use natural ingredients such as:
- 2 cinnamon sticks.
- 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger.
- 2 handfuls or approximately 120 grams of hibiscus flowers.
- 1 liter of water.
- Sugar, honey, or stevia to taste.

Combate los síntomas de la gripe, fortalece el sistema inmune, regula la digestión, ayuda eliminar gases y con la perdida de peso entre otros beneficios.
Beneficios de las flores de Jamaica:
Es antioxidante, ayuda a prevenir enfermedades como el cáncer según leí por ahí y contiene flavonoides bueno para nuestro cuerpo y organismo. Ayuda a controlar la perdida de peso y mejora la piel y muchos beneficios mas.
Benefits of Cinnamon:
It's ideal for improving digestion, controlling blood sugar levels, and improving mental and heart health. It's also very good for adding an excellent taste to recipes such as desserts and beverages.
Benefits of Ginger:
It combats flu symptoms, strengthens the immune system, regulates digestion, helps eliminate gas, and promotes weight loss, among other benefits.
Benefits of Hibiscus Flowers:
It's an antioxidant, helps prevent diseases like cancer, according to what I read elsewhere, and contains flavonoids that are good for our body and organism. It helps control weight loss and improves skin, among other benefits.
Preparation is simple and easy: bring the liter of water to a boil and grate the peeled fresh ginger along with the cinnamon sticks. Once it's boiling vigorously, add the two handfuls of dried hibiscus flowers and let it sit covered for 15 minutes. Let all the ingredients blend.
Because of the ginger, the color of the hibiscus flowers is not as dominant, but it leaves a very appetizing, light pinkish hue, a delicious color that captures the flavors of cinnamon, ginger, and hibiscus flowers. It can be enjoyed cold or warm and is very good for your health, especially after meals and in the evenings to refresh yourself.
I recommend these types of drinks; they're very healthy, and you shouldn't overdo it. This combination of ingredients may not agree with everyone, but it's still a good option. Drinking hibiscus flower tea alone or ginger tea, which also helps with vomiting and dizziness, is a good option. Cinnamon tea, especially these days, helps a little (women know what I'm talking about).
