Delicious fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie (eng-spa)
Hello everyone who loves drinks and lives, here today is a delicious smoothie made with tropical fruits like mango and papaya, accompanied by sugar-free Greek yogurt. It's a healthy option for breakfast or a snack for the whole family.
- 1 vaso de jugo de pulpa de mango.
- 1/2 papaya pequeña y madura.
- 200 ml o 1 taza de yogurt griego.
- hielo o agua al gusto.
The ingredients for the drink are as follows, easily accessible in my opinion, and blending them is a delight:
- 1 glass of mango pulp juice.
- 1/2 small, ripe papaya.
- 200 ml or 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
- Ice or water to taste.
My star ingredient in this drink is buffalo Greek yogurt, a delight that I really like and is delicious to the palate. It is semi-creamy and, in this case, is the substitute for whole milk or any milk for this drink. It is very healthy and with this combination, it is exquisite to complete the family's breakfast or simply yours.
Making this drink is super easy, and even children at home can help with the preparation under the supervision of parents or guardians. Place the previously made unsweetened mango juice in the blender, since yellow mangoes are sweet. Then, add the papaya. Mix well and add the yogurt to your liking and desired consistency. Remember, no sugar is better since both fruits are sweet. Of course, a little honey is good. Once the mixture is smooth, serve.
The creaminess of this drink with Greek yogurt is unbeatable, the yellow color of the mango and papaya...the latter is creamy and has papain that makes the mixture even thicker...highly recommended for those who want to try something different and delicious.

Un jugo bastante cremoso, tal como un batido. En casa, le solemos colocar leche al jugo de mando, queda muy bueno 😀
que fino aquí también le añadimos leche al mango la lechosa los cambures y otras frutas y son una delicia.
