Hello to all lovers of natural drinks and this @amazingdrinks community! Today I'm sharing a drink that I've noticed has become a trend on social media, but I've been drinking it for years. Although this one isn't like the ones I've shared before, I absolutely loved it, and the color it gives is so tempting. It's: AN EXQUISITE DRINK OF HIBISCUS FLOWER, LEMON, CLOVES, AND BAY LEAF.

50 gramos de flor de Jamaica
1 limón.
2 vasos con agua potable para hervir.
1/2 cucharada de clavos de olor.
2 hojas de laurel fresco o seco.
miel o stevia al gusto (opcional).
I drink this three days a week. You don't have to be addicted to or dependent on just one drink. Besides, it offers many benefits. Here are the natural ingredients:
- 50 grams of hibiscus flowers
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups of drinking water for boiling
- 1/2 tablespoon of cloves
- 2 fresh or dried bay leaves
- Honey or stevia to taste (optional)

I was so happy when I found dried hibiscus flowers in a larger package than usual, as they seem to be in high demand due to their many health benefits. Hibiscus flowers have numerous properties, and combining them with other fruits or plants enhances their benefits.


En esta ocasión no prepararé todo, solo lo que consumiré en el día por eso la cantidad se ve reducida en le bol u olla, se coloca el agua con la hoja de laurel, clavitos y cuando hierva se añade las flores de Jamaica, se deja reposar por 5 - 10 minutos y luego al servir le añades limón y miel al gusto. No son pasos difíciles y es una receta que trae beneficios si es bien preparada.

This time I won't prepare the whole batch, just what I'll consume that day, so the quantity is reduced. In the bowl or pot, place the water with the bay leaf and cloves, and when it boils, add the hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes, and then, when serving, add lemon and honey to taste. The steps aren't difficult, and it's a recipe that offers health benefits if prepared correctly.


It can be enjoyed hot or cold, it's a matter of personal preference. Adding sugar or sweetener makes it delicious, but it loses its anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and other beneficial effects. It's best to drink it without sugar to notice the difference. Also, don't overdo it; there are other excellent drinks, like ginger and lemon, for example. If you enjoy a refreshing beverage, this is better than sugary sodas, for you and your guests, for instance. I encourage you to try this type of drink, which offers numerous health benefits.
