Hello ! Awesome Community, fellow Hivers, and friends!😁😀🐝

In our previous post, we delved deeper into Two Fast Attack Units: The Canoptek Wraith & Destroyers. (https://ecency.com/hive-189497/@xenowolfza/spectral-guardians-and-heralds-of)

As we continuing our exploration of Necron Lore;
Today we look at Heavy Support Units: The Canoptek Spyders & Necron Fleets.
Let's get into!👽💥

Canoptek Spyders: Sentinels and Repair Masters

Canoptek Spyders are massive constructs designed to maintain and defend Necron tombs while ensuring the eternal slumber of their masters. Unlike Necrons themselves, Spyders never rest, endlessly repairing damaged systems and coordinating Canoptek Scarabs and Wraiths. Their insectoid appearance, reinforced by their many-limbed design and ominous carapace, strikes fear into any intruder who dares to disturb a tomb world.🕷️

Beyond their role as caretakers, Canoptek Spyders are fearsome in battle. Their Fabricator Claw Arrays allow them to repair fallen Necron warriors and vehicles mid-battle, making their forces even harder to put down. Their wargear varies depending on their function, including Twin-linked Particle Beamers for ranged combat or Gloom Prisms to disrupt psychic abilities. These constructs can even generate fresh Canoptek Scarabs, further bolstering Necron swarms during combat.🕸️

Canoptek Spyders do not act alone. When three or more operate together, they form a gestalt intelligence, enhancing their efficiency and coordination. In concert with Scarabs and Wraiths, they create an impenetrable first line of defense, eliminating intruders before they ever glimpse a true Necron warrior. Their battlefield presence ensures Necron forces remain nearly indestructible, constantly repairing damage while delivering devastating counterattacks.💥

Necron Fleets: Masters of the Void

While Necrons are primarily known for their land-based forces, their space fleets remain a terrifying enigma. Utilizing incomprehensibly advanced propulsion systems, Necron voidships can traverse interstellar distances without relying on the Warp, rendering them immune to many of the perils that plague Imperial and Aeldari fleets. They can phase in and out of real space at will, striking without warning and vanishing before retaliation is possible.⚛️

Necron starships, clad in living necrodermis, self-repair in battle and employ stealth technology that makes them incredibly difficult to detect. Though their weaponry does not always match the raw destructive power of Imperial void cannons, Necron weapons bypass shields and defensive measures with pinpoint accuracy.🌌

Time and again, Necron fleets have proven nearly unbeatable, requiring overwhelming numbers to force a retreat. As their attacks increase in frequency, the galaxy dreads the day a full-scale Necron fleet emerges, heralding a war that few could hope to survive.😬
