The vertical perspective en architectural photography is that the vertical reference of objects like walls or, in your picture, the lines that the metal structure make. Well, these lines must be completely parallel to the frame of the picture, which is the case of the photograph that opens the entry. What is more, if the horizontal perspective is also parallel to the frame as well, then the picture is almost perfect, in terms of architectural photography. This rule of composition gives the image a special sense of harmony.
If you compare the first image with the other two, you can realize this "phenomenon". The other two are slightly sloping to the left, and this you have to avoid it.
