Drawing a beautiful black girl [ES/EN]

Hi everyone on HIVE!! Today I'm happy to share the work I just finished today ♥︎, I hope you like it <3!!

Sometimes I make quick sketches of people without thinking too much, this helps me a lot to improve my drawing and to have more ideas 💗, but sometimes I feel they have so much potential that I decide not only to leave it as a sketch but to make a drawing from that.

The same thing happened to this beautiful sketch of a black girl, which I made in less than 3 minutes and I ended up loving it 🌟, so I decided to make a very elaborate drawing from this sketch, but not only that, since I realized that most of the drawings I've done are of very beautiful but white girls, and the truth is that I wanted to vary, even though that's my comfort zone I was determined to practice so that the features of the beautiful face of a black girl came out well 💗🌟.

Hola que tal mi querida gente de HIVE!! Hoy vengo feliz de compartirles la obra que acabo de realizar justo hoy ♥︎, espero les guste <3!!

Hay veces en las que realizó bocetos rápidos de personas sin pensar mucho, esto me ayuda mucho a mejorar en el dibujo y a tener más ideas 💗, pero hay veces en las siento que tienen tanto potencial que decido no solamente dejarlo como un boceto si no que decido hacer un dibujo a raíz de eso.

Lo mismo le pasó a este hermoso boceto de una chica negra, que lo hice en menos de 3 minutos y me término encantando 🌟, por eso decidí hacer un dibujo súper elaborado a raíz de este boceto, pero no sólo eso, ya que me di cuenta que la mayoría de dibujos que he hecho son de chicas muy hermosas pero blancas, y la verdad es que quería variar, aunque esa sea mi zona de confort estaba decidida a practicar para que me salieran bien las facciones del hermoso rostro de una chica negra 💗🌟.

Step by step

As you already know, I usually sketch in traditional, but since this sketch was already made, there's not much to say, haha.

What I did was take a photo of the sketch to the drawing app in digital that I use, IbisPaint X.

As a first step, I decided to do the skin first, so I could decide which color to put in the shadows, etc.

Paso a paso

Como ya saben suelo hacer el boceto en tradicional pero como este boceto ya estaba hecho no hay mucho que decir jajaja ᰔ

Lo que hice fue pasar una foto del boceto a la aplicación para dibujar en Digital que uso IbisPaint X.

Como primer paso decidí hacer la piel primero para poder decidir que color colocar en las sombras, etc...

The truth is that at that moment I was very little convinced of what I was doing since it only looked like a brown stain, but even so I went ahead trusting the sketch and the process hahaha.

I decided to add golden lighting because I feel it is a color that looks too good on blacks, although I feel I went too far adding gold to the forehead hahaha, a mistake that I later fixed :).

When drawing the band she has on her head, I had some discomfort about how the drawing was coming out, but after adding some lights to the band, I feel it changed things.

Then I made her hair voluminous and characteristic of the black race.

La verdad es que en ese momento estaba muy poco convencida de lo que estaba haciendo ya que sólo parecía una mancha marrón, pero aún así seguí a delante confiando en el boceto y en el proceso jaja.

Decidí agregarle iluminación de color dorado ya que siento que es un color que les queda demasiado bien a las negras, aunque siento que me excedí al agregar el dorado por la frente jajaja, fallo que luego arregle :).

Al dibujar la banda que tiene en la cabeza me surgieron algunas incomodidades de como estaba quedando el dibujo, pero luego de agregarle algunas luces a la banda siento que cambió la cosa.

Luego le hice el cabello voluminoso y característico de la raza negra.

Once I was done with the hair, I moved on to drawing the face, eyes, lips, nose, and eyebrows. I really liked the sketch but felt like there were things that could be improved, one of those things being the facial features which I felt weren't quite right, so I decided to redo that part of the face.

Y al terminar el cabello pase a dibujar el rostro, los ojos, labios, nariz y cejas, la verdad que me había gustado el boceto pero sentía que habían cosas que mejorar, una de esas cosas eran las facciones de la cara que sentían que no eran tan acertadas, por eso decidí volver a rehacer esa parte del rostro.

I wanted to give the drawing a rustic touch and make the strokes of the face with a texture similar to that of a pencil, I feel that this improved my drawing🌟, I drew the lips a brown chocolate color a little orange and added brightness to simulate a gloss.

Quise darle un toque rústico al dibujo y hacer los trazos del rostro con una textura parecida a la de un lápiz, siento que eso mejoró mi dibujo🌟 , los labios los dibuje de un color marrón chocolate un poco naranja y le agregue brillos para simular un gloss.

I decided to make the eyes big and black with glitter.

To finish I did the eyebrows, I removed the excess of golden color that had on the face and I put a little hair on the forehead.

Decidí hacer los ojos grandes y negros con brillitos.

Para terminar hice las cejas, le quite el exceso de color dorado que tenía en el rostro y le coloque un poco de cabello en la frente.

I finished the touch up on the bottom, because I wanted to do something a little elaborate and I feel that if I stay with the idea, I added flowers around the neck and for the bottom I took the colors blue and yellow, then I made a somewhat thick line around the edge of the girl and placed my signature 💗.

I really loved the final result, it made me feel that it exceeded my expectations and made me see how much I have improved in drawing 🌟, what do you think?

El toque final lo hice en el fondo, ya que quería hacer algo medio elaborado y siento que si me quedo la idea, le agregué flores por el cuello y para el fondo tome los colores azul y amarillo, luego hice un delineado algo grueso por el borde de la chica y coloque mi firma 💗.

A mi la verdad me encantó el resultado final siento que superó mis expectativas y me hizo ver lo mucho que he mejorado en el dibujo 🌟, ¿a ustedes que les perece?
