5 Minutes Writing - i won't resign!

I've been working as an IT Engineer for more than five years, and I'm proud of this job, even though the pressure and stress from work makes me want to give up sometimes but I still do it wholeheartedly because I realize that if now I don't try hard and be patient in living life, how can I become a successful person, because success requires time, hard work, and endless patience.

I was asked by my seniors at the office to resign from the company where I work because they saw that I was no longer suitable to work as an ordinary staff member, they said I should be an IT Manager or a position above what I'm currently in. I had time to think about their words to resign, but I was determined to stay in my current position until all my work targets were achieved, until then, I won't resign!

That's my 5 Minutes Writing this time. I just want to say thank you @mariannewest and @daily.prompt for this routine prompt that makes my writing habits even better than before. I've felt the benefits of participating in this prompt, I can write anything within 5 minutes, at first I was confused when asked to write with a specified theme, but now I'm used to writing anything.
