Congrats! But I think youth overweight had to do more with sedentary lifestyle and overexposure to processed food. If sports is a prerequisite to gaining school or university admission, youth overweight is a very solvable problem. My problem on the other hand, is skinny fat, which is dangerous because just like mental health, it is harder to detect.

Processed food is definitely some of the culprit. I had a pretty active life growing up but food was also my friend 😂 though I did a lot of sports, I ate more than I burned. I like your idea but I doubt people would do that since these days that would be called fatphobic and outrageous admission rules🤣🤣

Yup. You're right. It's too easy to offend anyone these days. Left out a very important point. Even with the best workout and meal plans, if one sleep late constantly, the effectiveness reduces tremendously because the liver is unable to detoxify properly.
