RE: I taught my first yoga class (and no one burst into flames!)

I love how you can go full in on something, and at the same time, not take things too seriously. That's the challenge in so many arts, balancing discipline with fun.

Like, if we're supposed to "play" a musical instrument, why does it take so much painstaking work and "practice?" Doing that with your whole body through yoga--and getting others to enjoy it--it sounds like a noble calling indeed.
