🍝How to make delicious 2X spicy noodle salad🍝

Hello my loving Asean Hive community,

Welcome to my new foodie blog. It's Sunday, so what are you doing? Are you going out with your friends? Before I tell you about the recipe I made today, I'd like to tell you about something that happened in our country yesterday. Yesterday, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit our country. There is no damage where I live, but there is a lot of damage in some places. What is the situation in your area? With that out of the way, I'll share with you the spicy noodle soup recipe I cooked with my friends today.

Today is Sunday so I am free. However, the weather is too hot so I didn't go out. Normally I am a stay-at-home type so I didn't go out today either. However, my friends came to my place. So I made spicy noodles for lunch with my friends and ate them together. Let's start by telling you the ingredients we used.

3x spicy noodle
egg
some vegetable

First, I heated the water until it was hot. Then, I opened the 2 packets of noodles that my friends had bought and added them to the hot water.

When the noodles are soft, crack 2 eggs into them. I used 2 eggs.

While I was cooking the noodles, my friend was washing the onion leaves and cutting them with scissors. We didn't buy those onion leaves, we picked them from my backyard.

Then I removed the cooked noodles and eggs from the boiling water. While the noodles were boiling, I added some mustard leaves that I had picked from the backyard and cooked them. Now I am ready to make 3x spicy noodles.

Then my friend added all the ingredients from the noodle package and mixed them together. My friend really likes spicy food, so I chopped up some chili peppers from my garden and added them.

Then my friend put the sesame and seasonings from the noodle package on top of the noodles. My friend put the egg on the plate.

Finally, I added onion leaves that I picked from my backyard, cut into strips. The purpose of using onion leaves is to add a nice aroma. That's it for today. You guys are really impressive, you have such a strong liking for spicy food. The noodles from scipy are delicious, but the ones that are extremely spicy are beyond what my mouth can handle. Hehehe.

So sad to hear about the natural disaster that occurred recently. Thankfully, your area is safe, hope there won't be any strong aftershocks. Your friends must be happy that you prepared something for them for lunch. You were able to use the onion leaves coming from your backyard; it's really convenient to have a garden.
