It seemed like it was supposed to be a day for tariffs, reminiscent of past discussions.

Why vote to prolong the waste, fraud, and abuse that has been exposed? The expectation was that the December CR would carry us through to March when a proper challenge would be made. Yet now, in March, another delay has occurred!
