VIBES WEB3 MUSIC COMPETITION WEEK 39, THEME: LEGENDARY MOVIE SOUNDTRACK, "I CAN ONLY IMAGINE" BY MERCYME COVER BY @winanda

Hello music lovers. Hope you are doing great.

It is beautiful to discover that the song you have always loved singing has a movie with the same title, which is a true-life story of the artist reflected in the film.

For the current week 39, the Vibes judges brought us an amazing theme to unveil some legendary movie soundtracks that are not from any Disney movie.

This reminded me of the movie I saw last year, "I Can Only Imagine", which also featured the same song title by MercyMe. The backstory of the movie and the song is a true-life story of the lead singer, Bart Millard of the Christian rock band, MercyMe, who is also the songwriter.

This song was first released in 1999 by MercyMe, written by Bart Millard, inspired by his painful childhood, his desire for a better relationship with his father, his dream of becoming an artist and his father's transformation.

One thing, sorry, no, two things to take away from the movie and song are:

• Hold on to your talent, your dream, no matter how many times you've been told negative things to kill your dream, stay strong and work towards making it a reality.

  Time will tell, and your results will show how much you can achieve and how far you can go. Also, hold on to your faith in God, because He will lead you there.
  

• Learn to forgive, and free your mind (I know this is difficult for some people). When you do so, you focus more, and it also paves the way for success and more blessings.

In addition, channel your pain and the negative talk that you are hit with into being creative; it helps.

"I Can Only Imagine" is an emotional and inspirational song that leaves us in thoughts of what it would feel like to stand before God when that day comes. So, whatever life we live here will be accounted for.

There are songs and stories we naturally connect to. The movie made me emotional, and I couldn't hold back my tears.

It has won awards and also touched lives. I connected to it and it inspired me. I hope it does the same to you.
