paprika tomatoes onions eggplants you can basically put any veggies in it. It is a vegetable stew that gets a topping with an egg or sometimes minced beef

Oh, okay. Got that. I usually make vegetable stew with minced beef.

It's interesting to know that some food we cook actually have a name and is connected to a culture or country.
