When you resume your workout sessions after missing some days or weeks, you easily get tired after a short time and are unable to complete a 7-min workout that seemed easy previously.

I just finished an evening exercise session, and I can feel the effects. BTW, it was a good experience.

Consistency beats perfection in workouts just like in investing – skip a few days and you're back to basics, but stick with it and those gains compound over time. Felt that fatigue myself after a break, glad you powered through
