Small details - Monomad Challenge
On this day, isolated from the street and its surroundings, so to speak, I preferred to play a little with photography, so to speak. I say this because on this occasion, I used elements ranging from toys, a clock, and even my old classical guitar as elements to compose. I wanted to show small details of it, so that I could find a bit of that harmony I always seek within the photographic frame, where everything converges depending on your vision and perspective.
Just as you can see in most of the photographs, I took advantage of that small sliver of light from a window to partially illuminate the selected subjects. In this case, the important thing is the influence of both light and shadow, and the way it generates that contrast between those fundamentals of lighting and composition.
The idea with these photographs is to play a little with compositions, trying to capture silhouettes as we see in the photo of the doll, or also a bit of backlighting with the clock, or in a more effective way with the other image where I harmoniously blend shadows and partially illuminated objects. This is how I wanted to take these photos with simple objects but with the characteristic way they can be illuminated and create perspectives. From that approach or in other ways, you can always achieve good results.
All photographs are my own.
A beautiful piece of work. I wish I had taken some of these photos myself hahaha…
You can do it, I assure you. Cheers!
