It's Tuesday - Monomad Challenge

It had been a long time since I'd gone out to take photos around 1 pm. I usually go out between 3 and 4 pm when the sun isn't so intense, but it's still the perfect amount of sunlight I like for taking pictures. But this day I went out a little earlier, and it was incredibly hot with very intense rays. It was so hot that it actually took me about 30 minutes to start taking pictures because I felt a bit disoriented. But I had to change my mindset and get myself together to make the most of the day.

Of course, for a while that day I took advantage of the opportunity to take more high-contrast photos with shadows, since the angle of the sun allowed for it much better. At that time of day, it wasn't directly overhead, but it was almost perpendicular to the objects. That's how I composed these images I'm sharing.

A little bit of everything, but mostly human subjects on the street, as always, because that's what I usually see as part of the rhythm and dynamic of the street. But I never lack those details I like, and also those details that the lighting of the moment allows me to capture.

All photographs are my own.

Fantastic work, my friend! It's clear you know the technique well and the best time to go out and take photos; it shows in the excellent results. As always, I greatly admire your work, your use of contrast and shadows—you handle them very well. Best regards.
Thanks, friend, for your appreciation!
