In simple scenes - Monomad Challenge
From almost every perspective in my life, I've always seen things simply, and I apply the same approach to photography. I seek in different ways to capture that essence of simplicity in the image or in what I want to compose. It may have a bit of that language that can describe something, but it can also essentially be that simplicity of what can simply be seen without having to make a complex description of what that image might mean, in order to capture what is beautiful about that image and what it offers us visually.
Thus, and as previously stated, here I present this series of photos, where there are no human motifs, but rather motifs that range from the forms and harmonies of certain architectural structures in the city where I live, each with its own particularity. On the other hand, in contrast, a bit of nature in its different motifs, which are also present in this city, characterized by the blending of those elements between nature and what it truly is, a city.
They are simple motifs, but for me they carry weight when composing, because they are part of the visual aspect I like to achieve as a photographer. I am able to capture each of these elements in their own essence, their own beauty, and their own harmony within the photographic frame.
All photographs are my own.
