Grey - Monomad Challenge

Today I was really motivated to go out and take photos, but after making lunch and resting, it started to rain. Suddenly, it went from a very sunny day to a very cloudy one. Anyway, I waited for it to clear up so I could go out, even if the sun didn't come out. And it did. When I finally went out, it remained cloudy for the rest of the afternoon. That's when I lost a little enthusiasm. However, I wanted to walk around a bit to see what shots I could take, so I focused mainly on some small birds and tree branches.

I don't know why, but I've always been drawn to photographing tree branches, their silhouettes and shapes, mostly backlit. Even without sun, I can still manage to capture that little bit of light in the sky. I also looked for other scenes, including some cats I've photographed. I didn't move around much, but that's what I captured for today.

On the other hand, I don't usually like to photograph people on cloudy days like this, perhaps simply because I can't find the perfect contrast I'm looking for when the sun shines brightly on the subjects. This is something I certainly can't achieve on very gray days, although that doesn't mean I can't capture some scenes that way.

All photographs are my own.

That first photograph of the kitten behind the fence is excellent, my friend!!!
All the images are beautiful.
