Solve The Riddle & Win a $1 Up-vote [#TTT Week 31] - "Not Come Back Tomorrow"

The Tune Tune Train keeps rolling:

The Tune Tune Train is a challenge I came up with based on the Three Tunes Tuesday format. It´s a TTT with a riddle!

How doe it work?

I will give you three great songs and you can win a $1 Ecency boost if you tell me what connects the songs.
A connection can be: they are all about flowers, they have the same drummer, they all sing about Pink Mushrooms, or they are all kids from famous parents. Just to give an idea of what a connection might be.

It´s up to you Dear Reader to figure out what connects the Tune Tune Train. The first one that drops the solution in the comments gets a $1 boost on their next post!
Or you can just wait till I solve the riddle in next week's post.

And these were last week's songs:

Jim Croce - Photographs And Memories
Bob Marley - War
Alice In Chains - Sea Of Sorrow

Last Week's Clue Was:

  • What happens if you get too old for the club
And on Friday I told you: The Number Of The Week Matters

We Have No Winner

Common... this was so easy and some got so close. Yes they are all dead and the number of the week....it was week 30. All died in their thirties and therefore did not make the club of 27 because they were too old.

So EASY

Here we go again!

All Aboard!

The Tune Tune Train is Taking Off!
Are You Ready To Riddle?

One of the bands I keep forgetting about.
While they are so freaking awesome and I am reminded about that every time I hear them. This is just awesome with a capital A.

This Mortal Coil - Song To The Siren

One of my favorite childhood songs, and I guess even then I heard the sadness in this song that sounds so sweet.

Ralph McTell - Streets of London

Alright, let's end this show with this black pearl...this lovely odor in the morning ....because nothing beats the Smell Of Coffee in the morning.

Sarah Vaughan - Black Coffee

Here, Have A Clue

What happens if you get too old for the club of 27, 37, 47?

If you still have no clue, and nobody else does there will be another hint this Friday.

Let me know in the comments if you figure out what connects these three songs. If you need another hint, check out my Midnight Gems Session this Friday!

Because the First to get it right, gets a nice $1 Ecency Boost!

The connection and winner will be featured in next week's #TTT

Maybe you die at 57 then? Or you die just before you turn 50. Yikes, that isn't a very nice thought given that is only a couple of years away for me! I'm a bit of a jazz fan, so that last song hits really well with me. I have to say though, that Roger Whitaker cover is not bad either!

I should stop doing these memento mori posts because damn those years are closing in fast. But it seems that the connection is still out there where especially the last song was a dead giveaway if you ask me.

It looks like two of the songs might have come out around 1969. That third one is tagged as 1949, so if that is the dead give away, I am not connecting them.

Anything I want to say would make it too easy but I can say it has nothing todo with when the original songs were released

Streets of London is a great song and very well performed here by Ralph McTell.

Sarah Vaughan - Black Coffee a new one for me, and a great little song, timeless. Thanks for sharing and nobody solved the riddle, that's the first time in a while I think..

It was not solved indeed and the weird thing was that I thought with Sinead being in every show everybody knew she covered these songs (very well I might add), especially Black Coffee but it might just be me that loved her covers. But this weeks riddle got solved pretty quickly

Ya I had a brief look soon after you posted it, and it did not jump out at me, and I had to scarper then to do something and forgot to think more on it, always like figuring out riddles if I can!
