Still trying to figure out why things did not add up when I lost my stacker virginity.

Last week I told you all about how I got that amazing pen, spending almost 1200 euros on my first kilo of silver.

That Day I Bought My First Kilo & got Screwed

Yes, I am still not over my loss, it said 1138 euros on their website that morning. Price did not move I checked (afterward), and I paid!

How badly screwed?

While the highest price that day was:

Adding that ridiculous 21% would have made a kilo price of 1080 euros, well the website already showed their price of 1136 was 56 euros too high.

And then I paid 40 euros more, 40 euros I can´t explain even a week later. The only positive thing I found is that most places where I can order a kilo in coins in Spain ask for over 1200 euros.

But I am Dutch, I am stingy, and I like a discount instead I overpaid. I guess you always overpay for sexy plastic fantastic.

So I thought maybe, just maybe my hotties were worth more when I would sell them separately. So I undressed the sexy bag!

Now what did I get, I got 1.3 kilos of Dutch coins with a 72% silver content.

Which could be divided into three different coins.

The Gulden or Guilder

I hope you don´t mind me giving you your first ever lesson in Dutch, but it´s mainly about the picture.

The Rijksdaalder

The Silver Tenner (Het Zilveren Tientje)

Now those are the coins and this is a sneak peek at my undressed shinies:

Personally I am the bigger the better so I was hoping for a lot of those huge Tenners.

Unfortunately, it was not my day as I found very few of those, but then I started checking the price per gram:

Zilveren Tientjes 25 Grams at an average price of 14 euros

Rijksdaalders 15 grams at an average price of 9 euros

Guldens 6.5 grams at an average price of 5 euros

I am sure you all did the math already,

That small gulden if sold separately has a price of 77 cents per gram while that big beautiful tenner only is worth 56 cents per gram.

Seems I have a lot to learn because I did not see that one coming.

Start Stacking

Guess now I had to start stacking all those naked queens to see what I got!

My total loot ended up being;

• 83 Guldens x 5
• 52 Rijksdaalders X 9
• 3 Zilveren Tientjes X 14

That would make it worth 925 euros, which is a little better than the kilo price of 888 euros.

But still, it would be only 1120 euros after taxes, and not that 1175.

Bikini Bottom Line

I guess no matter how I try I got screwed like a true noob.

And I will get over it........ someday.
And I will double-check before I ever buy any coins again. Because this kind of piracy probably happens to all of us.

It does not matter that this guy had an expensive location, had been there for many years, wore an okay suit, and gave me some great info.

They still will try to rob you if they can.

Dirty Little Silver Secrets

It was interesting how he explained to me you can buy silver anonym up to 10K euros monthly, and that they have multiple shops and they do not keep score.

Hence MICA is trying to regulate crypto, but whitewashing money the old-fashioned way is easy as F even if they screw you and charge you 10% extra for paying in cash.

The other interesting piece of intel I got was about the company that is storing my silver in Switzerland. These Golden Republic guys, cowboys as he called them.

Basically, it came down to not being stored in your safe, not your coins. And for those stacking for when the world goes to hell in a handbasket....

You don´t want to go from Spain to Switzerland to pick up your silver when it´s hell on earth. But even though they are cowboys he mentioned that they comply with regulations and have been around a while.

Now I said that about Celsius, but still, these guys do not charge me that freaking 21% tax and their prices are transparent. So I Don´t Know I think I will keep stacking with both the pirates and cowboys for now.

Was all this info worth the extra 40 euros, no. Was this whole experience worth 40 euros extra?

Hell Yeah!

Losing my stacker virginity was probably a better experience than losing the real thing. That has everything to do with expectations of course because; Marjolein it was great!

Don´t get angry, and if you do get mad please read the above again about how I got screwed by a bunch of pirates.
