A beautiful bird there, the peacock I presume. Very rare to capture such a pose, it resonates with the beautiful memory of growing up that you've shared above.

If it is a peacock, they are beautiful although I do not let me see their wings, here there are usually ducks, peacocks, parrots of all kinds of animals, childhood is a very beautiful stage of life.
