Lion Of Nazareth: A Poetry
(Edited)
Beneath branches,
Of olive
& Galilean skies...
Roars not of a beast,
But of mercy & love
Fly.
Born not to a throne,
But for it...
In a humble home...
In silence doth he stands,
Yet faces mighty kingdoms,
Alone in grace.
Eyes of fire
But not burning
Of rage...
But mercy
& love.
A soul's depth,
& the chains
Of plea
& forgiveness.
Doth his voice split the sea,
Soft as breath...
But loud as storm
For the sinners.
For within,
The man
Wore a crown
Of thorn...
But Lion within,
Lived & is living...
Reborn.
A roar that roars,
Through ages to come,
& ages bygone.
Of mercy, peace...
& love.
The Lion walks,
Alone in the meadows
Of Nazareth...
