Barking up the silver tree: Pitbull-approved precious metal fun.....

Submitted for your approval, I offer up for scrutiny, a piece of poured silver from one of the biggest names in the pouring game - @pitbullion.

Like most of us big silver enthusiasts here, we began our posting journey on a different platform, more specifically YOUTUBE. Some of us fully migrated here, some of us gave #hive a go but reverted back to what we know best. This unfortunately was the case for ol'Pitty!! Youll find him mostly on Instagram now, and i higgly encourage you all to follow. Tell him i sent you, hell appreciate it greatly...... Anyways, i digress.

Pitbullion, AKA "The Don" broke on to the steem scene with a bang, and we all went crazy for his pours. I love nothing more than posting about preciois metals and getting paid for it, only to use those funds to purchase even more PMs...

This 3oz bar was one of the first items i bought from him, many, many, many moons ago. It was part of a substantial package we managed to agree on, and i habe no doubt youll be seeing some more of ot in the weeks to come.

Heres a little silver pouring hint(??) if you can call it that... A good silver pourer can and will produce high quality pieces with solid form and a good "face". A great silver pourer will have mastered the art of "rippling", for want of a better term for it.

The reverse side, which air cools in the mould, will have small concentric circles form on it as it cools. This technique takes an incredibly steady hand and just the right amount of knocking/rocking as it cools before it solidifies! I know thats an awkward way of saying it, but if youve ever seen the process take place, youll fully understand what im babbling on about.

So there we have it folks, anotjer fine piece of silverporn for you to feast your eyes on. Hoping that @silverd510 doesnt have this piece in his collection, i have no doubt he does, but this is now a personal challenge for me to find a piece he doesn't.
