You can get cheap DIY oscilloscope kits on eBay.

I rarely think of eBay anymore. The last time I sold anything was around 2014. My ex totally screwed up my account and I have tried to fix it but have given up checking to see if it has been remedied.

You could probably also find them on places like Amazon or AliBaba, or any large online store that sells electronics components.
