The Tough Rugged Warthog.
The Warthog of Africa a tough rugged looking animal but a unique fascinating creature with scary looking tusks that would even have a Hyena having second thoughts about attacking this rugged beast. Warthogs are a member of the pig family and these ones are more adapted to survive in harsh conditions the one thing that makes these Warthogs stand out is there dangerously long curved tusks which are use not only to defend themselves against predators for also for digging for food and water.

The equipment used was all Nikon. Early shots with a D70, later shots with 2 x D3 bodies.
