The Graceful Cheetah.

Of all the wild animals I have come across on my safari tours the Cheetah by far is the most beautiful and graceful animal of all Africa remarkable, elegant and the fastest land animal on earth getting up to 100 kilometers per hour and what makes this Cheetah so striking is it's athletic body built like a Ferrari.

That golden yellow coat with all them beautiful black spots just makes this animal stand out like a world trophy as you can imagine they are a very fast and skillful hunter bringing down their prey within seconds of the chase just amazing to see in action and beyond their hunting skills Cheetahs are actually a very gentle presence compared to other big cats.

The equipment used was all Nikon. Early shots with a D70, later shots with 2 x D3 bodies.
