This building, painted in shades of blue, is near my house. On this sunny day, I saw a blue shirt hanging to dry on one of the aluminum windows. The sky was cloudless, also a beautiful blue. You can see the result in this photo.

Actually, the original image was unzoomed, from where I saw the scene. For this post, I thought it best to zoom in on the shirt, but I'm also sharing the original photo without cropping.

The building's architectural style seems quite modest but has its own personality. It uses colors and moldings well; the aluminum windows seem newer than the rest of the materials, possibly added later. On Google Maps, the location is in both the Bela Vista and Bixiga neighborhoods, but hanging clothes to dry on a window is a typical sight associated with the Italian immigrants who made Bixiga famous here in São Paulo city, Brazil.

I really like this photo, and how the eye is drawn to that shirt in the window. It almost looks like there is a man standing there.

Thank you for commenting! When the photo was taken I didn't realize but now I see it can appear as a man there too. Now I also can see that there wasn't any wind and how risky is to try to dry clothes like that.
