RE: So I've been writing a short story

Its an American story. The story projects a film in my head that needs no colour. The landscape is black and white, and the protagonists fit perfectly into this scenario. Any splash of colour would already be too much, as it would only create an unnecessary distraction. As a European, I just have to be very careful not to let myself be distracted at certain moments by acquired prejudices.
In any case, I couldn't come up with any arguments that would stop you from writing.😉
