The Pizza 🍕 That Tastes Like a Biscuit 🧇: Must-Try Food Trip 😋

Hello Hiver friends, especially to all the Filipinos reading this in the Bayanihive community!!

I have to share an awesome and unique food discovery I made yesterday..
I was having a major craving for pizza, so my family and I went to this new spot called "Violett Pizza and Dine," which is just a few minutes from our house..

The inside of the place is so stunning,, totally Instagrammable!
But I’m keeping the interior a secret for now..
I’ll make a separate post about that soon..
Today, let’s focus on the star of the show: the FOOD! 🤤

It was nearly 3 PM, and I still hadn't eaten lunch (classic me 😄), so I ordered a liempo and rice combo..
Of course, I also got a 3 cheese pizza for the family and some cool drinks for takeout..
I figured it would be just regular food, but boy, was I wrong!!

I was genuinely amazed by everything..

Let's start with my Liempo and Rice combo..

It looks simple, right?
But when I bit into that pork, it was so incredibly crispy on the outside yet super juicy and tender inside..
It was bursting with savory pork flavor!!
And I absolutely love the crunchy garlic sprinkles on top of the plain white rice..
It was the perfect late lunch.. 👍

Now for the main event..... the pizza 🍕

This is the most unique part..
The taste is totally different from regular pizza..
It reminds me a bit of a biscuit!!
The dough in the center is soft and fluffy, but the edges are perfectly crispy and crunchy..

Look closely at the whole pizza:

the edges are crimped, giving it those cool little grooves..
It really looks and feels like a delicious pizza biscuit!!
It was such a unique and fun taste experience..

🥤 Now the drinks...
We needed something cold to wash it all down, so I ordered three drinks..

The husband's favorite.... Cucumber Juice

My husband loves fresh flavors and he was very happy with this cool, refreshing green drink with a cucumber slice floating inside..

The daughter's mango shake!!

Mango is my daughter's absolute favorite fruit..
This shake was super creamy and had actual little bits of mango mixed in.. 🥭 So good 👍

My special treat... cucumber and apple shake 🥒🍎

This one was for me 😊
You could clearly see and taste the tiny bits of both cucumber and apple..
It was also incredibly creamy and just the right mix of sweet and fresh..

It was such a fun discovery!
A place with great food, unique pizza and refreshing drinks..
