"Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it, we go nowhere." Carl Sagan
Hello, everyone.. π
I'm back with another blog about our Science exploration at the Science XPdition Iloilo. This time, I will talk about the third station - The Solar System and Earth Science Station.

What is Earth Science?
Earth science or geoscience includes all fields of natural science related to the planet Earth. This is a branch of science dealing with the physical, chemical, and biological complex constitutions and synergistic linkages of Earth's four spheres: the biosphere, hydrosphere/cryosphere, atmosphere, and geosphere (or lithosphere). Earth science can be considered to be a branch of planetary science but with a much older history. source Wikipedia
In short, the study of the Earth, including its land, water, air, and history.
Upon entering the third room, we can see the long rows of displays.

The staff went to each of the displays and explained them briefly to us. There were acrylic boxes, and inside them were preserved specimens. They were preserved in acrylic bars for clear viewing.
Here are a few of the displays.

We were so amazed by this holographic figure of a frog. The frog is actually inside the black object. but when you look at it from above, it looks like it is on top.

Now, the fun part. The ball pit. π
Yeah, they have a wide ball pit with a huge astronaut balloon floating. Plus the giant planets.

And that concludes everything in the third room. I'll be posting soon for the forth and last room.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read.
Have a wonderful day π
