Proja sa semenkama i koprivom/Proja with seeds and nettle

Ovih dana su počele baš velike vrućine. Ništa ne jedem osim čorbi, pita, paradajza i voća. Volela bih i lubenicu, ali još nije počela sezona 🍉
Danas ću vam pokazati kako se pravi proja. To je tradicionalna hrana u mojoj zemlji. Postoji više načina da se napravi,ali najjednostavnija i osnovni način je od samo kukuruznog brašna, vode i soli. Ja sam je ipak malo oplemenila.
Evo šta vam je potrebno od namirnica:
Kukuruzno brašno, pšenično brašno, maslinovo ulje, mineralna ili obična voda, jogurt, golica ( semenke bundeve),kopriva, prašak za pecivo i so.
Krećemo, 3, 2, 1...💥

Today I will show you how to make proja. It is a traditional food in my country. There are several ways to make it, but the simplest and most basic way is from just corn flour, water and salt. However, I improved it a bit.
Here's what you need for groceries:
Corn flour, wheat flour, olive oil, mineral or ordinary water, yogurt, golica (pumpkin seeds), nettle, baking powder and salt.

Prvo pomešajte suve sastojke. Dve šolje kukuruznog brašna,jedna šolja pšeničnog brašna, jedna kesica praška za pecivo i kašičica soli.

First mix the dry ingredients. Two cups of corn flour, one cup of wheat flour, one bag of baking powder and a teaspoon of salt.

U drugu posudu pomešajte jednu šolju jogurta, jednu šolju vode i pola šolje maslinovog ulja.

In another bowl, mix one cup of yogurt, one cup of water and half a cup of olive oil

Kada ste sve sjedinili, dodajte i koprivu koju ste oprali i blanširali.
Sve pomešajte.

When you have combined everything, add the nettle that you have washed and blanched.
Mix everything.

Ovako treba da izgleda. Da bi se kopriva lepo rasporedila, najbolje da je prethodno iseckate.

Zatim sipajte u podmazanu tepsiju ili na papir za pečenje...

U prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 200 stepeni, pecite 20, 25 minuta.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20, 25 minutes.

Možete je iseći na kocke kao ja, a može i u trouglove ako je pečete u okrugloj tepsiji jer estetski lepše izgleda. Ukus je u oba slučaja fantastičan!!!

You can cut it into cubes like I did, and you can also cut it into triangles if you bake it in a round pan because it looks more aesthetically pleasing. The taste is fantastic in both cases!!!
