Pita od koprive/Nettle pie

A sad ono što svi volimo, hrana.🥰
Kada su vrućine, malo jedem, i za ceo dan mi je dovoljna zdrava i ukusna pita. Još ako neophodne namirnice imate u svojoj bašti, to je onda pun pogodak!
Kopriva☝️ Ima li šta zdravije?
Evo šta je potrebno za ovu savršenu pitu:
Jedna činija sveže koprive, kilogram sira, dva jajeta, pavlaka, ulje, kore i malo soli.
Pa da počnemo...
Pripremite kipuću vodu da malo soli i opranu koprivu...

Zatim ubacite koprivu u ključalu vodu i kuvajte ne više od 3, 4 minuta.

Kada se kopriva skuva, provedite je, sitno iseckajte i ostavite da strane. Zatim u veću činiju, umutite jedno jaje...

Zatim ubacite sir i opet promešajte.

Kada su se sir i jaje lepo sjedinili, dodajte koprivu.

Beli luk ne ide u ovu pitu po receptu,ali ja ga skoro svuda stavljam jer jednostavno oplemenjuje ukus i zdrav je☝️🧄

Garlic does not go in this pie according to the recipe, but I put it almost everywhere because it simply enhances the taste and is healthy☝️🧄

Zatim pripremite smesu, kore, ulje i tepsiju.

Kašikom vaditi smesu i ravnomerno rasporediti na koru. Ja obično filujem po jednu koru jer izbegavam da ima puno testa. Tek toliko da drži fil na okupu da može da se ispeče. Ko voli, može i u dve kore. Tri, nikako! 😄

Scoop out the mixture with a spoon and spread evenly on the crust. I usually fill one crust at a time because I avoid having a lot of dough. Just enough to hold the filling together so it can be baked. If you like, you can have it in two crusts. Three, no way! 😄

Kada ste sve kore umotali u napunili tepsiju, umutite pavlaku sa jednim jajetom i premažite. Stavite na 200 stepeni da se peče oko 25-30 minuta.
Uostalom, videćete kad porumene.😁
