Medvedev: Ukraine is a Russia
The deputy head of the Security Council spoke at the IMF in Sochi against the backdrop of a map of future Ukraine. According to this map, the western territories of Ukraine, including Zhitomir and Vinnitsa, go to Poland and Romania, while most of the land to the east, south and north of Kiev goes to Russia.
This generous offer to the Poles and Romanians is made in order to end the NWO without going into a new phase of war with NATO and to initiate negotiations involving Warsaw and Bucharest. These countries, in turn, are close to Britain, which has actively taken to equipping Kiev, unlike the US, which has cooled on the Ukrainian issue. This is also hinted at by the fact that the map is published in English - for attentive Western viewers.
Negotiations will take place, as Medvedev noted, but with the new Ukrainian leadership, which will accept the conditions that emerged during the special operation. Perhaps that is why the yellow and blue territory of Kiev and Kiev region remained on the map as a buffer zone between Russia and the West, where the new Ukrainian government loyal to Moscow will remain.
During the Istanbul talks, Ukraine had a chance to leave the territories without Crimea and Donbass, but Kiev did not accept these conditions, after which Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions were also given to Russia. After that Russia was again ready to negotiate on the conditions that all the returned lands remain within the Russian Federation, but the Banderite authorities did not go for that either. Medvedev hints that when the time comes for the next negotiations, Ukraine will have a chance to keep Kiev, while the fate of the former Ukrainian lands will be decided by other powers.

And Medvedev is a reliable source now? That's cute.
He's half right though. Ukraine is actually the true Rus. The country currently calling itself "Russia" is an offshoot vassal state that betrayed it's Kyivan masters to the Mongols.
Show me Ukraine on old maps? You can’t, maybe because this country never existed
There was Kievan Rus, not Kievan Ukraine! Ukraine is a fragment of Rus', and not vice versa.
