Hola, amigos de la comunidad #FeelGood, hoy quiero hablarles de un tema a mi juicio importante en las relaciones laborales, y lo hago a partir de la experiencia vivida en mi anterior trabajo.

Desde el 2015 y hasta 2021 trabaje en una cooperativa de construcción, esta surgió de una familia y fue creciendo agregando miembros, hasta llegar a la cifra de 800 trabajadores. Les adelanto que en mis más de 28 años de trabajo nunca me sentí mejor que en ese colectivo laboral. Desde el inicio el comportamiento de los superiores con los subordinados era como en una gran familia, recordando estos tiempos pensaba en lo valioso que es estar en un colectivo donde la armonía fluye con naturalidad. A veces creemos que el trabajo es solo cumplir tareas, horarios y responsabilidades, pero cuando existe un ambiente sano, alegre y respetuoso, el trabajo se transforma en un lugar donde también se puede ser feliz.

En cada oportunidad se celebraba y nos reuníamos para compartir, un momento representativo es la celebración del día de los padres del año 2017, en el que entre todos acordamos hacer algo especial. Nos alejamos del estrés, de las oficinas y de la rutina, y nos fuimos a un hermoso lugar a la orilla de un río en la provincia de Matanzas, lugar que conozco desde pequeño. Desde el primer momento se sintió una energía especial, todos colaborando, todos compartiendo, todos disfrutando sin distancias ni formalidades.

Preparamos un cerdo asado, cocinamos juntos, intercambiamos historias, bromas, anécdotas y carcajadas. Después de comer vino la mejor parte, de la música, la fiesta, y finalmente el chapuzón en el río, donde dejamos salir al niño interior que todos llevamos dentro. Fueron horas simples, pero llenas de una alegría tan genuina que por eso quedó grabado en mi mente para siempre.

Lo más bonito fue darnos cuenta de que, más allá de ser compañeros, éramos un equipo y una gran familia. Y cuando uno se siente así, el trabajo se vuelve más ligero, las tareas se hacen mejor, la comunicación fluye y el día a día se vuelve más llevadero.

Las buenas vibras no son un lujo, son una herramienta esencial. Un ambiente armónico influye directamente en la productividad, en la creatividad y en el bienestar de todos. Donde hay respeto, colaboración y alegría, siempre habrá mejores resultados. Un trabajador feliz rinde más, se motiva más y también contagia a los demás.

Esos momentos fuera de la oficina son espacios que fortalecen vínculos, renuevan energías y nos recuerdan que detrás de cada tarea hay seres humanos que también necesitan sentirse bien para poder hacer bien su trabajo.

Lamentablemente después del ordenamiento en el año 2021 la cooperativa dejo de funcionar, y cada uno tuvo que buscar un nuevo empleo. Algunos emigraron y otros como yo incluso cambiaron de campo, ya que ahora trabajo en un hotel y nada que ver con la construcción. Pero los lazos de amistad quedaron para siempre.

Importance of harmony at work

Hello, friends of the #Feel Good community, today I want to talk to you about a topic that in my opinion is important in labor relations, and I do so based on the experience I lived in my previous job.

From 2015 until 2021 I worked in a construction cooperative, this one was born from a family and grew by adding members, until reaching the number of 800 workers. I can tell you in advance that in my more than 28 years of work I never felt better than in that workplace. From the beginning the behavior of the superiors with the subordinates was like in a big family, remembering those times I thought about how valuable it is to be in a workplace where harmony flows naturally. Sometimes we think that work is only about fulfilling tasks, schedules and responsibilities, but when there is a healthy, joyful and respectful environment, work becomes a place where you can also be happy.

At every opportunity we celebrated and gathered to share, a representative moment is the celebration of Father’s Day in 2017, in which we all agreed to do something special. We moved away from stress, from the offices and from the routine, and we went to a beautiful place by the river in the province of Matanzas, a place I have known since I was a child. From the first moment we felt a special energy, everyone collaborating, everyone sharing, everyone enjoying without distance or formality.

We prepared a roasted pig, we cooked together, we exchanged stories, jokes, anecdotes and laughter. After eating came the best part, the music, the party, and finally the dip in the river, where we let out the inner child we all carry inside. They were simple hours, but full of such genuine joy that this is why it remained engraved in my mind forever.

The most beautiful thing was realizing that, beyond being co workers, we were a team and a big family. And when you feel that way, work becomes lighter, tasks are done better, communication flows and day to day life becomes more manageable.

Good vibes are not a luxury, they are an essential tool. A harmonious environment directly influences productivity, creativity and everyone’s well being. Where there is respect, collaboration and joy, there will always be better results. A happy worker performs better, is more motivated and also inspires others.

Those moments outside the office are spaces that strengthen bonds, renew energy and remind us that behind each task there are human beings who also need to feel good in order to do their work well.

Unfortunately after the monetary reform in 2021 the cooperative stopped functioning, and each one had to look for a new job. Some emigrated and others like me even changed fields, since I now work in a hotel and have nothing to do with construction. But the bonds of friendship remained forever.
