I thought that it was a cake but it's not. Is it like a jelly like avocado? I really loved eating avocados and it's one of my favorite fruits, too. !wine

Yes, this is avocado jelly or pudding. I'm glad that you also like avocado and I hope your family too especially your daughter because it's full of nutrients.
