Imagine hating INLEO so much to the point of depriving many other great builders funding from DHF (many he himself was voting for). The only explanation at this point is either hate or jealousy. Too many good projects lost funding today!

Maybe it has nothing to do with inleo, a statement of somekind or change in policy regarding usage of community funds. At least things are moving on hive I guess. It is speculation time.
The timing is far to exact to be not related to INLEO. The voting happened right when INLEO got enough votes to get funding. BlockTrades is still voting for many of the DHF Proposals he just unfunded with his vote.
I just checked and right now only one is funded.
