Question: how does delegating to @leo.voter help onboard new users?
Gives them RC to do it, I guess.
I think I read somewhere that's how it works.

Account Creation Tokens cost a great deal of RC. Without Account Creation Tokens, each account would cost 3 $HIVE for INLEO.
I didn't know that and don't know anything about account creation tokens... nut good to know if ti helps new user experience becoming seamless & smooth
