Since I started walking every day and taking long walks, my body's response has improved dramatically.
The first few times I arrived home feeling tired, gasping for air. My heart rate was racing. After two weeks, I'm taking it much more naturally. My breathing seems much more effective. Exercising or doing cardio is definitely good for me.
I'm thinking about stopping taking buses on the way back, as long as it's during the day. Although it's starting to get hot now, I also have to consider not getting dehydrated! XD
