Die beiden Österreich-Fahnen vor dem Österreichischen Parlament zeigen an, ob gerade eine Sitzung stattfindet oder nicht. Die letzte Sitzung (969. Sitzung Bundesrat) war am 10. Juli (2024) und dauerte bis in die späten Abendstunden.

The two flags in front of the Austrian Parliament indicate whether a session is currently taking place or not in the parliament. The last session (969th session of the Federal Council) was on July 10th (2024) and lasted until late in the evening.

I think the flags are a really neat touch to show if the Parliament is in session. I honestly didn't know this till now thanks brother.
