Welche Probleme lösen NFTs eigentlich?

Denke NFTs waren einer der ersten realen Anwendungsfälle von Kryptos, um Kunstwerke oder In-Game Items (CryptoKitties, Splinterlands) zu kaufen.

NFTs ermöglichen digitale Güter (zb Kunst, Nutzungsrechte, Musik, In-Game Items, Lizenzen etc.) wie eine Kryptowährung zu handeln.

Weiters können mit NFTs auch die Anzahl von Gütern künstlich limitiert werden und die darunterliegende Blockchains tracken dabei die Ownership auf eine standardisierte, dezentrale, offene und zensurresistente Art und Weise.

What problems do NFTs actually solve?

Think NFTs were one of the first real-world use cases of cryptos to buy artworks or in-game items (CryptoKitties, Splinterlands).

NFTs allow digital goods (e.g. art, usage rights, music, in-game items, licenses, etc.) to be traded like a cryptocurrency.

Furthermore, NFTs can also be used to artificially limit the number of goods and the underlying blockchains track ownership in a standardized, decentralized, open and censorship-resistant manner.

I think Games/Gaming will be the biggest future usecase for NFT's. It will take some time, but look at Counter-Strike Skin market, those are basically NFT's just owned by a single company privately.

Nft also solve the space issue, like if you have paintings and no space at home, easy trade way without physical delivery

The benefit of NFT is that it can never be photocopied or even given to two people so its existence in the crypto world is a good idea

In my view, NFTs are just digital certificates of ownership. In theory, NFTs can be used to transfer ownership of anything that is non-fungible or unique in some way. A piece of land could be sold with an NFT. However, in the real world, the ownership of any property is verified by The State. It is the only entity that can enforce a dispute around any physical asset, and that will not change anytime soon.

Tickets to attend musical, theatrical, or sporting events are good candidates for real-world use cases of NFTs. Counterfeit tickets could be eliminated.

I think NFTs can be used to keep track of things and for assets in games, but I don't see too much of a future for Art NFTs. Art NFTs are just for looks and the value is subjective.
