Deutschland (Sachsen) ist jetzt krypto-reich geworden.

Das Landeskriminalamt Sachsen hat angeblich von den ehemaligen Betreibern eines Film-Streaming-Portals, das sie mutmaßlich vor 10 Jahren betrieben haben, 50 Tausend Bitcoin (aktuell circa 2 Milliarden Euro), die sie aus den Einnahmen erworben haben sollen, beschlagnahmt.

Die Betreiber sollen erst jetzt die Bitcoin "freiwillig" dem Bundeskriminalamt überwiesen bzw. das Passwort verraten haben. Freiwillig?

In den Massen-Medien wird das illegale Kino-Streaming-Portal übrigens "Raubkopienportal" genannt 😂

Ganz schlüssig ist die Meldung allerdings nicht. Warum haben sie erst jetzt die Bitcoin beschlagnahmt? Wie gelang das BKA an das Passwort?

Was passiert mit den Bitcoin, die in der Zwischenzeit unglaublich an Wert zugelegt haben und womöglich den entstandenen Schaden um das x-Fache übersteigen?

Germany (Saxony) has now become crypto-rich.

The State Criminal Police Office of Saxony has allegedly confiscated 50 thousand Bitcoin (currently valued around 2 billion euros) from the former operators of a movie streaming portal that they allegedly ran 10 years ago, which they are said to have acquired from the proceeds.

The operators are said to have only now "voluntarily" transferred the Bitcoin to the Federal Criminal Police Office or revealed the password. Voluntarily?

Incidentally, the illegal movie streaming portal is called a "robbery portal" in the German mass media 😂

However, the report is not entirely conclusive. Why have they only confiscated the Bitcoin now? How did the police obtain the password?

What will happen to the Bitcoin, which has increased incredibly in value in the meantime and possibly exceeds the damage caused by x times?

haha 😂 bin gespannt, was Sachsen mit den Bitcoin macht, kann mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass jemand freiwillig der Polizei 2 Milliarden in Bitcoin überweist.

Ich hatte gelesen, daß die das überwiesen hätten, also die ehemaligen Betreiber.

Ggf. haben die das gemacht um ein Deal zu bekommen?

Dann sollte dir nun die BTC gewinnbringend anlegen (Zinsen) und mit den Zinsen was gutes machen. !LOL

2 billion Euros is a lot of money. Anyway it's the government and nothing can be done about that, imagine them saying that whopping amount was transfered 'voluntarily'. Thanks for the info.
