Amazon not working 🤔 (Update: issue found)
Bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich ein Produkt bei Amazon.de bestellen möchte.
Der Fehler tritt auf, wenn man ein Produkt in den Warenkorb legt und dann auf "Zur Kasse gehen" klickt.
Amazon denkt man habe den Zurück-Button des Browsers verwendet, was aber nicht der Fall ist.
Habe auch unterschiedliche Web-Browser getestet, mich erneut eingeloggt, bekomme aber immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung, auch produktunabhängig.
Ist euch das auch schon einmal passiert oder hattet ihr mit anderen Bugs bei Amazon zu kämpfen? Bin gespannt, wie lange Amazon braucht, um das zu fixen.
Update
Habe den Fehler gefunden, wenn man eine andere Abholstation auswählt, funktioniert die Bestellung auf einmal. Seltsam. Bis jetzt gab es nie Probleme mit der Post-Abholstation.
Fehler beim Checkout-Prozess bei Amazon beim Klicken auf "Zur Kasse gehen". Die Fehlermeldung bei Amazon ist sogar mit dem eigenen Namen personalisert.

I get the following error message when I try to order a product from Amazon.de.
The error occurs when I add a product to the shopping cart and then click on "Proceed to checkout".
Amazon thinks I have used the back button of the browser, but this was not the case.
I have also tested different web browsers, logged out/in again, but always get the same error message, regardless of the product.
Has this ever happened to you or have you had to deal with other bugs at Amazon? I wonder how long it will take Amazon to fix this.
Update
Found the error, if I select a different pick-up station, the checkout process works without the weird error message. Strange. So far there have never been any problems with selecting that particular postal pick-up station.

Der Fehler ist heute Vormittag aufgetreten, gestern habe ich noch etwas problemlos bestellen können.
Bei mir geht es. Wenn ich das richtig sehe, haben die aber etwas an ihrem Weiterleitungssystem verändert.

When I tried to log into Ecency today, it didn't work for about half an hour. Why should Amazon work flawlessly? I'm more surprised that something works at all than that it works badly.
Noch besser wäre wenn stehen würde.

Never had any bugs or problems with Amazon, very weird error you got there.
I hope they will fix it quickly for you, have you talked to customer support ?
Contacted customer support, recommended deleting cookies/cache, but didn't work either, think is some Amazon related error.

That's weird, Amazon so rarely has errors. Anything that prevents them from making a sale is prevented at all costs!
First time I have such an error, really strange, contacted customer support, recommended deleting cache/cookies, but didnt work either.
That doesn't sound like cache/cookie type problem. Did you get it to work now?
Whew finally found the issue, my default pickup station was the problem, when I select a different pickup station, then the error message disappears. Really strange and weird error.
That is weird, I've never heard of that one before. I'm glad you figured it out. Maybe the default is no longer valid in their system?
I have never had those issues, although I use amazon.es since it's the one closest to me.
I don't usually buy much on Amazon but it has never happened to me.
Amazon is really having a whole lot of errors that should I believe corrected
i havent encountered any problem with amazon yet. maybe there is just a bug.
i havent used amazon recently but i did not get any error when using it.
i havent used amazon before but at least the problem have been resolved
so far i hadnt encountered this problem yet. i hope the error will be fixed soon
