Yellow eyes
I don't know when a cataract has appeared
in these yellow and sad eyes
bearing the smoke of time
have turned yellow sad eyes
These eyes were not always like this,
once filled with a lot of sparkle
at their edges
and their whiteness was like milk,
they would sometimes shimmer
and shine
because they were eyes
so they also saw dreams of love
In those days, the eyes were in love
they used to run wildly
from one end to the other
then gradually
their speed slowed
and the eyes grew sad
Dreams continue to fade...
They fade away
along with the dreams
so does the whiteness
yellowness want to absorb
all the whiteness spread over the earth because whiteness has the property of shimmering
and even shimmering is considered
rebellious just as
dreaming is considered falling in love...
Even the eyes themselves don't know
when they faded there's no specific date
that, yes, from this date
they began to turn from white to yellow
but...
just that the yellowness kept increasing
the whiteness kept shrinking
that same whiteness
has shrunk and become
a drop and has emerged
inside the pupil like the corpse
of dead dreams
floating today
a cataract in those pale and sad eyes
the eyes have now forgotten
the taste of sparkle
the taste of dreams
and of love Too...
