Tainted Sky
That part of the sky
that we see from the window of our home
How captivating it is
This window-like view of life
What kind of vastness it holds within itself
Who can imagine it better than you
Who has never had a roof over his head all his life
Who has always held back the rain with his own hands
And never asked for a wall on loan in the sun
In the snow
Kept just one bonfire lit
In his heart
And what kind of heart
Who once loved someone
And then never looked at anyone else by mistake
Made a promise to the soil
And forgot the face of fire and rain
For the sake of a single dream
I have mortgaged the sleep of my entire life
Made a promise to the earth
And forgot my existence
I set out in search of my homeland
Forgot the home of my heart
And that mistake But
All treasures are like treasures,
Such homelessness, compared to this poverty,
Even the possessions of the entire world are little,
Even the blue of the sky is tainted
Thank you so much for reading. Have a great day 😊🙏 @vikbuddy

The way the poem speaks about longing and quiet resilience feels so gentle yet deep. It paints a picture of someone carrying their whole world within, even without a place to belong to. Really calming and heartfelt :-)
