Memories
We won't recount who earned how much,
We'll search for those hands
that selflessly caressed our heads
Death is not the end
It is a mirror that shows
which burdens on this journey were meaningless,
and which memories are priceless
So now, while life remains
share the pain of others
listen to the silence
touch a soul,
because in the end
this is what will go with us,
not name, nor fame, only the love
that we became for someone
And when everything is left behind
body, identity, rights, clothes, and speech—
then what remains will be a vibration,
imprinted in someone's memory like a blessing
Then our existence will not be a line in a book,
but a living emotion in someone's heart
Just someone's inner self,
someone's soul
gently bearing witness
"He's gone... but he's left behind a lot within."
That will be immortality
So, before death,
become so human
that even death cannot snatch away
those bright memories
that, even beyond time,
can show the way in someone's life
